There are really too many beautiful songs, but if I had to pick one, it would be:
Defying Gravity from Wicked
When I listen to this song, I believe it. I sang it at my very first extension program recital at the College of Music. While I didn't do as well as I'd hoped at the time, it felt damn good. I performed it again at Kaine's debut, and it felt even better.
